Advanced Carbon & Molecular Air Filters – Available in Various Sizes
Choose from a wide range of sizes to fit your specific setup and enjoy long-lasting performance and reliability.
We offer advanced carbon and molecular air filters, engineered to remove harmful gases, odors, and airborne molecular contaminants (AMCs) in demanding commercial and industrial environments. Designed with precision, these filters deliver high-efficiency gas-phase filtration for critical applications like laboratories, data centers, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing plants.
Molecular filters use high-performance activated carbon and other advanced media to capture VOCs (volatile organic compounds), chemical pollutants, and corrosive agents, ensuring a safer and healthier indoor environment. Their durable construction and optimized design ensure extended service life and lower maintenance costs.
We proudly serve Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with our products.
Improves air quality in sensitive environments such as hospitals, labs, and cleanrooms, reducing health risks and contamination.
Effectively removes VOCs, odors, and harmful molecular gases to protect people, processes, and equipment.
Low pressure drop design ensures high airflow with reduced energy consumption.
The high-capacity media lasts longer, so you don’t have to change filters as often, saving you time and hassle.
Finding the right filter size is simple:
Height & Width: Measure the inside dimensions of your filter slot or housing. Use the narrower measurement as width and the longer one as height, if applicable.
Depth: Check the thickness of your current filter or filter frame. This impacts adsorption capacity and pressure drop.
Custom Sizes: If your system requires non-standard sizes, please contact us for custom filter solutions tailored to your needs.
These filters are designed to remove gases, odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other airborne molecular contaminants from the air, making them ideal for hospitals, labs, cleanrooms, data centers, and industrial environments.
They use activated carbon and specialized media to adsorb harmful gases and odors at a molecular level, trapping contaminants that traditional particulate filters cannot capture.
Replacement frequency depends on your environment and contaminant levels, but typically every 6 to 12 months. Higher contaminant loads may require more frequent changes.
